Better later than never, MV. I'd rather wait 3 years than not being able to afford a $60000 medical intervention. In Europe you do have access to healthcare regardless of being rich or poor (Portugal is not the perfect example, I'll give you that. But UK, France, Sweden, Germany or Denmark are). And don't even think about getting a cancer. Cancer is exclusive to rich people.

You probably admire the USA as its the closest thing to your neoliberal ideologies. But healthcare is definitely not your case point in your argument. Granted.

Oh, and the USA ranks #37 in "Overall" according to the World Health Organization, while Portugal ranks #12!. Who would say...
